What is the Alumni Association?

The Alumni Association of the High School for Construction Trades, Engineering and Architecture (AAHSCTEA) is an official 501(c)(3) non-for-profit organization. The organization mission is to serve as a connection between graduates by planning reunions and other social events while also establishing a relationship with incoming classes through career panels and mentor-ship.

What are membership dues used for?

Membership dues are used to provide high school students of HSCTEA scholarships and to provide funding for reunion events for alumni. 


Who is running the organization? 

The AAHSCTEA is run by HSCTEA alumni, with faculty of HSCTEA advising committees and the Advisory Board. 


Want to visit HSCTEA as Alumni? 

If you are interested in visiting HSCTEA, you will need to make arrangements with a teacher/faculty on the list attached to have your visit sponsored. Please remember to bring state ID to enter the building on your scheduled visit. 


Want to participate in the Alumni Association? 

Reach out to us via email at alumni@hsforctea.org with a time commitment, and how you would like to contribute. If you are unsure, email us anyway. We are happy to work around your schedule. 


So you have family that wants to attend HSCTEA. How do they get accepted?

Please note that HSCTEA does not give preference to Alumni family members for admittance into the high school. We suggest the best way to ensure priority for any student interested in attending HSCTEA is to:
